Automation 2020.3 Release now available
The Automation 2020.3 release delivers more capabilities to improve the administration experience and automate more processes across multiple applications. Ivanti Patch for Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)
The latest release of Ivanti Patch for Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) launched November 16 providing our customers additional tools for efficiency and automation. Ivanti Patch for MEM (formerly Ivanti Patch for SCCM) extends Ivanti’s third-party patching capabilities by supporting Intune publishing. Additional important functions released included streamlined deployments to help users put patches in place faster and a new automated scheduler workspace that expands automation for key workflows such as CVE to patch and recommended updates.

Ivanti Asset Manager 2020.4 release coming soon
Improve the mobile experience in Asset Manager 2020.4 with new expanded barcode scanning capabilities. Scan a device or a group of devices, view the details including incidents and update information, and even audit a specific location to check for device matches and identify any gaps. The latest version of Ivanti Asset Manager will be released next month. When available, you’ll be able to download the 2020.4 release for on-premises deployment from the Community here.
IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT
Ivanti Service Manager 2020.4 release coming soon
Ivanti Service Manager 2020.4 release for cloud deployments is almost here. It’s scheduled to begin rolling out to the cloud in early December. This new release will deliver additional capabilities to continue automating more Security Operations processes and tasks. Look for new flexibility to configure Service Manager’s home page, plus enhancements to Search and other self-service capabilities to improve the user experience. Your staff and end users will like the integration with Microsoft Teams to make Teams chat sessions part of your service management process.
