Q: How is Ivanti impacted by the Coronavirus outbreak?
A: Ivanti is confident in its ability to maintain quality service during this time. Remote work procedures have been adopted in nations where COVID-19 is at higher exposure and plans are in place for all support employees to work remotely if countries require isolation procedures. All employees have been encouraged to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines with regard to work and travel.
Q: Is Ivanti ensuring all its endpoints are scanned for vulnerabilities and any critical or severe findings are remediated in a timely manner?
A: Yes, Ivanti utilizes its Endpoint Manager and Ivanti Cloud products for Endpoint Management.
Q: With an increase in remote working, how is Ivanti providing maximum visibility of monitoring events?
A: Ivanti’s IT, Security, and Operations teams hold daily stand-up meetings and have continuous open lines of communication with one another as well as our key vendors that operate on IT and Security systems.
Q: How are you ensuring Ivanti’s remote workers are being vigilant with their cyber hygiene during COVID-19?
Ivanti has presented additional security training to employees and sends regular communications regarding how to alleviate risk for socially engineered attacks.
Q: Can you provide assurance that remote working is not impacting the security of any data you are handling?
A: Yes. Security controls are in place for remote workers to ensure the security of customer data is not negatively impacted.

A: All of our software and support engineers are equipped with remote development, testing and support capabilities to minimize any business impact to our customers or Ivanti as a business. We are able to provide instructor-led training online instead of onsite. Much of our consulting and product implementation can also be done remotely.

A: Your company could provide your current increased health policies and procedures to any Ivanti employees who may be visiting your offices. We will want to comply with your procedures so we can work together to maintain your healthy work environments.
Q: Does your organization have a pandemic plan to respond to and recover from mass absenteeism events, such as the COVID-19?
A: Ivanti has plans in place to respond to events such as the COVID-19 event. The majority of Ivanti’s products are software, our engineering/development, testing & support teams have access to all of our regular business systems even when working from home. This helps to minimize the impact on our day-to-day business practices.

Q: Has your organization taken precautions to mitigate the spread of COVID-19?
A: Ivanti is taking precautions to ensure the safety and health of its employees. All employees are encouraged to follow World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines. Most of our employees are working remotely and for those who are not feeling well are asked to work from home. Q: For employees that may have had exposure, have steps within your organization been taken to quarantine them for a specific duration?
A: Employees that may have had exposure to the coronavirus have been asked to quarantine themselves for a period of 14 days in accordance with the CDC’s guidelines.
Q: Is there currently an impact to any of your organization’s locations?
A: Ivanti has taken steps to ensure employee safety. As a result, Ivanti’s offices will be reopening based on local recommendations and government directives. Safety remains a top priority so reopening any office will be done carefully and in accordance with the local reopening plan.
Q: Have steps been taken to address any potential impacts associated with third-parties that support your operations from a pandemic perspective?
A: While Ivanti cannot speak for any of our third-party partners, we have been assured that they are taking similar precautions and are following the WHO guidelines as well. Ivanti has spoken with key vendors to ensure that they are able to continue to provide adequate levels of service during the pandemic.

Q: Was Ivanti Interchange cancelled?
A: Given the CDC’s new recommendations for gatherings of no more than 50, the state of emergency in Nevada, and the MGM Resort’s indefinite closure announcement, we are canceling our live Interchange event and Partner Leadership Summit for 2020.
