Here’s a look at our awards:

GOLD GLOBEE® WINNER: Best Deployments and Customer Success of the Year | Information Technology Software

Why we won: This award was given in recognition of our outstanding success working with the City of Seattle. The City of Seattle leveraged Ivanti Neurons for ITSM and ITAM to improve their Service & Asset Management Experience.

Before the City of Seattle implemented its Ivanti Neurons for IT Service Management solution and expanded it with Ivanti Neurons for IT Asset Management, the City’s infrastructure was siloed across multiple departmental IT organizations. Each organization supported the technology needs of individual department, such as power and utilities, transportation services, parks and recreation, courts, police, fire, and facilities management. Meanwhile, the Department of Information Technology (DoIT) managed IT for the remaining smaller departments and citywide infrastructure.

An effort to consolidate these departments felt overwhelming given the lack of standard, shared, repeatable processes and reliable method of discovering and tracking assets. The disparate processes led to widespread unnecessary duplication and excess effort.

The pandemic placed additional pressure on IT teams, with the move to remote and hybrid work environments.

After implementing ITSM and ITAM with Ivanti, the City of Seattle has been able to achieve greater efficiency, accuracy, and asset optimization. They brought all assets into a single, modernized interface that facilitated best practices with actions, rules, and processes for inventory management. They now have full visibility into all assets and have enabled full asset lifecycle management, optimizing cost, value, and compliance across the entire asset lifecycle.

SILVER GLOBEE® WINNER: Vulnerability Assessment, Remediation and Management

Why we won: In the Everywhere Workplace, employees connect with various devices to access corporate networks, data and services as they work and collaborate from new and different locations.

This makes it extremely difficult for IT teams – already under additional stress due to the great resignation – to identify and remediate vulnerabilities. Today, unpatched vulnerabilities remain one of the most common points of infiltration for cyberattacks, including ransomware attacks, which have increased in frequency, sophistication, and impact to businesses of all sizes.

The solution: Ivanti Neurons for Patch Intelligence. Ivanti Neurons for Patch Intelligence helps organizations reduce the mean time to detect, discover, remediate and respond to cyber threats, particularly critical vulnerabilities associated with ransomware. Ivanti Neurons for Patch Intelligence provides security and IT teams with context and adaptive intelligence regarding what their organization’s exposures are to vulnerabilities that are being actively exploited, including whether those vulnerabilities are tied to ransomware, and then enables them to quickly remediate those threats.

SILVER GLOBEE® WINNER: Zero Trust Access – Hybrid IT

Why we won: Throughout the pandemic, enterprises have been made exponentially more vulnerable to rising security threats. This is heightened as workers increasingly access corporate data from personal devices. In July 2021, Ivanti released Ivanti Neurons for Zero Trust Access (nZTA) to address the increased frequency and sophistication of cyberattacks and meet growing IT requirements and security needs. nZTA accelerates organizations’ Zero Trust efforts without friction, and reduces their attack surface by automatically authenticating and authorizing users, devices, and applications for compliance before granting access.

The platform drastically improves the way organizations build their Zero Trust framework by leveraging software defined perimeter (SDP) architecture to prevent bad actors from seeing a company’s internet-connected infrastructure whether on-premises or in the cloud and by solving for visibility, productivity, and flexibility.
