From customer success presentations to ask-the-expert sessions and more, Ivanti customers can access a wealth of information to get the most out of our solutions. 

It all starts with our quarterly product launches. Our quarterly Product Launch page links to release notes and demo videos so you can explore and learn about the innovations, enhancements and customer-requested features for the individual products you have licensed. You can also explore adjacent products and solutions that may provide additional value to your needs and use cases in your organization. 

Customers who license one or more of the products included in the release will also receive an email from us to let them know it’s time to check out the updated product launch page. To ensure you get the most out of your Ivanti solutions, we have created unique opportunities for you to learn about new product enhancements and gather tips, tricks and best practices from your peers.  

Innovator Previews 

Innovator Previews occur about four weeks before each quarterly product launch. Ivanti Innovators community members receive exclusive invitations to see what’s coming in the next release, along with what is on the roadmap to be released later in the year. And, they can interact directly with our product management teams for deeper insights. Momentum webinars 

During these webinars, held twice a year, Ivanti product leaders share valuable insights into our vision, strategy and roadmap direction. Customers gain a comprehensive understanding of our planned innovations to help them achieve their business goals. These webinars cover key topic areas including enterprise service management, secure unified endpoint management, network security, supply-chain mobility and more. Each webinar is made available on demand after the live broadcast and can be accessed with Ivanti SSO credentials. View the most recent webinars:

Ask the Expert 

Ask the Expert sessions let customers and partners ask Ivanti experts questions about topics of interest including products, services, support and training. Customers submit questions before the event, and our experts answer during the meeting. 

Previous sessions included: 

  • Endpoint security with Chris Goettl, Vice President of Product Management. 
  • EXM with Aaron Alexander, Principal Sales Engineer, and Marc Hoffman, Senior Sales Engineer. 
  • Apple and Windows device management with Yosune Baltra, Senior Product Manager. 

Future sessions will allow you to ask Susan Fung, Principal Product Manager of AI/ML, questions about dashboard designer in Ivanti Neurons or ask Bruce Payne, Principal Field CTO, questions about UEM integrations in regard to Wi-Fi, end-user applications or the Microsoft suite. More sessions will be scheduled based on customer interest.

Empower Hour 

Empower Hour sessions feature our customers sharing their successes with their Ivanti solution portfolio, discussing best practices and lessons learned. Empower Hours can showcase a single customer or several in a panel discussion and always offer Q&A time. 

Join the Empower Hour on June 27 to learn about Arriva's migration from Cherwell Service Management to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. Or join us on July 17 to hear how MND Association, the leading nonprofit for people living with ALS (Motor Neuron Disease) in the U.K., is using Ivanti Neurons for MDM to give people with ALS a voice.
