Dennis Kozak was promoted to Ivanti Chief Executive Officer January 1, 2025, with responsibility for overall strategic direction and growth for the company.

Dennis had been Ivanti’s Chief Operating Officer since April 2022, where he led business operations including sales, marketing, professional services, customer success and operations organizations. Under his leadership, the company saw growth in SaaS transformation and a unified sales and marketing organization with customer and partner outcomes as the driver.

Dennis brings over two decades of customer and partner-focused experience to Ivanti including delivering sales growth, integrating acquisitions all while achieving operational excellence through innovation and cultural transformations. ​

Dennis has served in leadership roles at Avaya and CA Technologies, where he led organizations such as global sales, global channel sales and strategy, sales operations and business transformation to deliver a next generation portfolio strategy.

Peter is Ivanti’s Chief Financial Officer and oversees all areas of the company’s Finance structure as well as the Facilities teams. 

Peter has more than 30 years of experience in the software industry both in large scale organizations and in high growth environments. He brings a wealth of finance excellence and acquisition integration experience to Ivanti. Peter was most recently Chief Administrative Officer at Inovalon, provider of a cloud-based SaaS platform for the Healthcare industry. He has also served in multiple roles at CA Technologies, prior to its acquisition by Broadcom. In his last role at CA, he was the Chief Financial Planning Officer, where he led Global Financial Planning and Analysis for the company, as well as the Global Sales Finance organization.

Peter graduated from the University of Antwerp, Belgium with a degree in Business Administration and Economics.

Brooke Johnson, Ivanti's Chief Legal Counsel, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Security, plays a pivotal role in directing Ivanti’s global legal, privacy, HR, and security functions. In her multifaceted role, Brooke manages and advises across a comprehensive scope of critical areas including legal affairs, privacy compliance, employee relations, and security protocols to support and protect Ivanti’s global operations. 

Since joining Ivanti in 2017 as Senior Counsel, Brooke’s strategic acumen and leadership have propelled her through the ranks. Her contributions have been instrumental in navigating complex global operations, acquisitions, and addressing privacy and security challenges. Her comprehensive approach ensures that all legal and operational dynamics are seamlessly integrated, promoting a robust and secure working environment. 

Before her tenure at Ivanti, Brooke honed her expertise as a partner at Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar, where she successfully represented public and private entities in various business and commercial disputes. This background provided her with a strong foundation in handling complex legal matters, further enhancing her capacity to drive Ivanti’s success.

Karl Triebes is the Chief Product Officer for Ivanti, joining the company in January 2025. In this role, Karl oversees Ivanti’s product strategy and management, as well as engineering, product and SaaS operations for all Ivanti solutions. With over 30 years of extensive experience in technology leadership and product development, Karl brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Ivanti team.  
 
Throughout his career, Karl has held pivotal roles in several high-profile technology companies, where he has consistently demonstrated a strong prowess in engineering, product strategy and driving business growth. His seasoned leadership and innovative vision have been instrumental in advancing technology solutions and enhancing product portfolios in previous positions at F5, Amazon, Imperva and Forcepoint.   
 
Outside his professional achievements, Karl is passionate about outdoor activities and takes full advantage of the natural beauty of the Seattle area — his place of Everywhere Work. Along with his wife, he enjoys hiking and traveling. Karl is also an avid enthusiast for stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kayaking, skiing and biking.

Melissa is Ivanti’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Senior Vice President Customer Success and Renewals and responsible for all aspects of the Ivanti customer journey, from initial awareness to purchase, adoption, expansion and renewal – ensuring organizations maximize the value of Ivanti’s solutions for greater outcomes.

Melissa is passionate about all phases of the customer experience and brings decades of experience to Ivanti with a strong track record of fueling growth through a customer-centric approach and integrated marketing strategies for acquired companies. She was most recently senior vice president and CMO at Avid. Prior to this role, Melissa also held CMO and marketing leadership positions with Optanix, Progress, Iron Mountain and Infor.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and psychology from Franklin Pierce University.

Scott Hughes is SVP Revenue Operations and Corporate IT for Ivanti, responsible for overseeing the global revenue operations and corporate information technology organizations including business operations, data strategy and analytics, business transformation and planning, deal desk and strategic pricing, process and tools, infrastructure, enterprise services, and architecture.    
 
Scott joined Ivanti in July of 2022 with extensive experience in revenue operations, accounting, finance, and information technology, and led enterprise teams in delivering management systems, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, go-to-market models, compensation, and sales and business process and automation. Scott has a Master of Business Administration from Dowling College and has served in global leadership roles at BeyondTrust, Avaya and CA Technologies driving revenue predictability and growth.

As Chief Corporate Development Officer, Radu has responsibility for all things acquisition related including: acquisition identification, deal execution, integration planning and execution. Radu has extensive experience driving growth and shareholder value creation. This role is instrumental in helping Ivanti evaluate and define growth opportunities to further achieve the mission of enabling Everywhere Work to thrive.

Radu most recently was Sr. Director, Corporate Development for VMware, and also held corporate development and investment banking roles at Autodesk, Jefferies LLC, and Barclays Capital/ Lehman Brothers. Radu has led multiple high-performance teams and provided counsel on building and executing long-term inorganic growth strategies.

Radu holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from California State University Northridge.

As SVP Global Channels and Alliances, Michelle oversees Ivanti’s worldwide partner ecosystem. This is critical for Ivanti’s growth strategy, as partners are an extension of the team and allow for greater reach to meet customer needs.

Michelle’s professional passion is to discover the true value basis between a company, its GTM motion, and its ecosystem. She has global experience working with companies in international expansion both in operating and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Most recently, Michelle led the channel business at GitLab during its IPO. Her unique understanding of how indirect routes to market contribute to overall operating efficiency, revenue growth, and customer value was formed during her time with companies like Microsoft, VMWare and Business Objects; building global channels, services and alliance opportunities.

Michelle holds an M.B.A. International Management and an M.A. International Policy Studies from Monterey Institute of International Studies – Monterey, CA.; and a B.A. French Literature and Philosophy from Whittier College, Whittier, CA.

Sterling Parker is Ivanti’s Senior Vice President of Global Technical Support responsible for strategically and delicately handling all of the needs of Ivanti customers.

Sterling joined Ivanti in August of 2011 as a Technical Support Engineer and over the decade plus with the company, has served in numerous roles within the Support organization, working his way to the current leadership role where he has spearheaded numerous critical Support initiatives positioning Ivanti as an industry leader in customer satisfaction.

Sterling has 25 years of technical support experience and holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Phoenix.
