Ivanti cares deeply about maintaining the trust of our customers, including our customer’s privacy and confidentiality. We are committed to being transparent about Authority Requests we have received from Requesting Authorities for customer data.
All legal process is carefully reviewed. Ivanti will reject or challenge requests that have no legal basis or are unclear, overbroad, or otherwise inappropriate. Unless prohibited by law, Ivanti will notify a customer when it receives a request for that customer’s data, including a government request. Wherever possible we encourage customers and third parties to obtain relevant data without our intervention. We strongly believe that any government agency seeking access to customer data should address its request directly with that customer, where possible.
More information on our policies and practices with respect to data can be found in Ivanti’s End User License and Services Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Addendum.
Our Transparency Report reflects the number and type of Authority Requests Ivanti has received for the preceding year. The current report below reflects Authority Requests received from January 1 – December 31, 2023.
